Dear Dr Grinstein
I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for sending us your GC-10 Extract. As you know from your discussions with Dr. Cloughesy of the Neuro-Oncology program at UCLA, that my wife's situation is very grave, and that her condition is deteriorating.
Her brain tumor (as with most glioblastomas) did not respond sufficiently to radiation and chemotherapy. And in fact, the tumor has grown even with an intro-arterial system that delivered the carboplatin directly to the tumor site.
On a personal note, it took us twenty-five years to find each other. We've only been married two and a half years and now I am going to lose her because of this insidious malignancy. Your GC-10 extract is the first ray of hope we've had.

It is now twenty days later, and I have good news, Yesterday, MRI Scans revealed that since her last MRI on September 29, there has been less than 5% tumor growth.
If we measure this against the fact that her glioblastoma was surgically removed, and during the following 6 weeks of radiation therapy and ten weeks of chemotherapy, her brain tumor came back and grew 50%, then yesterday's MRI results are absolutely extraordinary.
Last summer when the tumor came back and grew so quickly, my wife did not expect to survive to Christmas. Through your kindness and your charity, my wife was able to benefit from your Gimmel extract. Thanks to your extract, we are now making holiday plans.
